Refund policy:
Thank you for shopping. We value your satisfaction and want to guarantee you a smooth return process. Please read our Returns Policy carefully as it contains important information about returns and refunds.
We have a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. In addition, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

DO NOT return any products without an RMA or authorization from our support team. Products returned without an RMA or authorization may be refused and returned to you. We assume no responsibility for such returns.

- Customers return products by mail
- Customers will receive the return label to download/print
- Due to customer remorse, customers will be given the option to download/print the return label
- Product conditions must be “New” in original packaging, neither used nor damaged
- 10% restocking fees required
- The customer provides shipping costs for the return
- Any items you have accepted and subsequently returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Pack the product well.
Would you like to exchange your product?
That's no problem at all. To do this, you can contact info@ parfmworld.de . However, when exchanging a product, you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to test the product, we may pass on this reduction in the value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product carefully (handle it with care) and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

Please contact us by email ( info@ parfmworld.de ) and state:
- a) Your order number.
- b) The reasons why you are requesting a refund.
- c) If there is any damage, please attach clear photos.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
