Where do we deliver?

We currently offer shipping services for customers residing in Germany, Austria , Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

In order to improve the customer's shopping experience, all products on our website use the fastest standard shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We know the delivery date or time frame specified during checkout and ensure that we deliver the items within the time frame.

Tracking Details

We will notify you by email when your order has been delivered to the courier. These notification emails include the carrier's tracking number, website, and estimated arrival date. You can also check this on our order status page or in My Account. It may take up to 24 hours for courier websites to update package tracking numbers. If there is a different package delivery, we ask you to report this within 24 hours.

Change of address

If your item has not yet been shipped, you have the option to update your shipping address by contacting our customer service at . However, please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to the delivery address once the item has been dispatched as we are under no obligation to do so.

Wrong address

The customer is responsible for checking whether the delivery address they provided is correct. However, if you find that the delivery address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Lost or stolen package/product not received

If the package is lost or stolen, please contact logistics or our customer service team so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Different places

It is not possible to ship to different locations for the same order. If you would like items to be shipped to different locations, please place separate orders. If you need help with this, please contact info@

Postponed delivery

Because our carriers require a signature upon receipt, the carrier will leave a business card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery date or change your delivery address.
